Adjustable Patellar Buttress
Soft horseshoe buttress can be re-positioned and works in concert with central sleeve region to provide circumferential compression around the knee and focal compression around the patella.
Medial and Lateral Metal Hinges & Straps
Metal hinges and outer closure straps provide medial and lateral stability. Internal Skinloc pad and metal hinges function synergistically to resist distal migration and vertical bunching. Condylar pads enhance comfort.
